When you register interest, we store: your inquiry type (personal or delivery vehicle), the upgrades you select, your vehicle's make, model, year and optional trim, your city, your mobile number, your optional answers (the problem you face, expected budget, pilot interest), and whether you consented to contact and to marketing updates.
For delivery inquiries we additionally store the cargo type, cooling or warming needs, typical journey duration, desired box size, whether parked operation is needed and your number of vehicles.
We also store campaign attribution data (which link or campaign brought you to the site), the page you landed on, the referring site, and the site language you used.
We do not store your raw IP address. It is used only to rate-limit spam and is immediately replaced with a keyed hash.
Analytics events on this site never include your phone number, name, or free-text answers.
Opshinat is choosing which vehicle add-ons to develop first. Your answers tell us what people actually want and let us contact you about the specific solution you asked for.
Interest records are kept while the product evaluation is ongoing and are deleted when they are no longer needed for follow-up.
You can ask us to delete your record at any time. Contact us using the details on this site (when listed) and we will remove your data from our systems.
Contacting you about your inquiry happens only with your explicit consent, given in the form. Marketing updates are a separate, optional checkbox you can decline without affecting your registration.
